How often should I clean my gutters?

We recommend at least twice a year - once in late spring and once in late fall after the leaves drop. Homes with heavy tree coverage may need quarterly cleaning. Our maintenance plans make it easy to stay on schedule.

What areas do you service?

We serve anywhere within about 90 minutes of Alexandria, Virginia - that includes all of Northern Virginia, the DC metro area, and Fredericksburg. We also have a team covering the greater Richmond, VA area.

How long does a typical gutter cleaning take?

Most standard homes take 1-2 hours. Larger homes or heavily clogged gutters may take a bit longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

Do I need to be home?

Nope. As long as we can access your gutters, we can do the work while you're away. We'll send you before and after photos so you can see everything that was done.

What if it rains on my scheduled day?

We'll reach out to reschedule at no charge. Safety comes first, and we want to do the best job possible - which means dry conditions.

What's your guarantee?

If you're not satisfied, let us know within 7 days and we'll come back and re-clean at no cost. If you're still not happy after that, we'll give you a full refund. No runaround.

Yes, we carry full general liability insurance. Your property is protected while we work.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes - we offer Twice a Year (10% off each visit) and Quarterly (15% off) plans. We'll reach out when it's time for your next cleaning so you never have to think about it.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Unclogged Gutters platform at uncloggedgutters.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Unclogged Gutters reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Service Description

Unclogged Gutters provides professional gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter guard installation, dryer vent cleaning, and related home exterior services. We facilitate online booking, scheduling, and payment processing for our services.

Booking and Payment

When you book a service through Unclogged Gutters, you agree to pay the quoted price for the selected service. Prices are displayed before you confirm your booking. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service providers:

More than 24 hours before service: Free cancellation with a full refund.

Less than 24 hours before service: A $25.00 cancellation fee applies. The remaining balance is refunded.

Less than 2 hours before service: Cancellations are not permitted within 2 hours of the scheduled service time, as crews may already be en route.

Rescheduling is available free of charge when done more than 24 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or booking a service. Unclogged Gutters reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unclogged Gutters and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Unclogged Gutters does not guarantee the availability of service providers in all areas or at all times. We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality but are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent service providers.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Unclogged Gutters platform are owned by or licensed to Unclogged Gutters. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
